I seriously loooooove this linky party! Everyone comes up with such great ideas, it makes me feel all inspired....at least for a little while! You would think with a whole two weeks off I would have come up with lots of good stuff, but unfortunately I did not :( Here are a few things I want to share though! I also apologize in advance....every single picture I wanted to show turned out terribly!
1. I meant to post this a LONG time ago but never got around to it. I make this poinsettia craft around Christmas every year and it always turns out so cute! It uses up a lot of construction paper, but if you just take a pack or two from the supply room at a time no one seems to notice :)
2. Next up are some fraction foldables I made. I have kinda become obsessed with foldables lately so here are the ones we are working on now!
3. I am already excited for Valentine's Day because it will mean our last class party I mean wooohooo another class party! So I was trying to get in the spirit and made some math centers to go along with the Valentine's Day theme. I made some for fractions, place value, rounding, and multiplication. I am still trying to finish some for geometry and long division. Here are just a few pictures. If you are interested though you can check them out at my TPT store.
4. I'm sure now that everyone is back to school the focus is on getting ready for state testing. I just hate, hate, hate the pressure that comes from these tests....especially after having two years of not meeting AYP. I made some task cards that I plan on doing with my students to review some of the ELA standards. I made two sets of root word task cards and then a set that specifically go along with the vocabulary from Common Core. My students really like to doing Scoot with task cards, as it gives them a chance to get up and move around a bit. Again if you are interested, you can check them out at my TPT store.
Well that is all I have for ya! Can't wait to see what you came up with!!
Thanks for linking up Bethany:) You've been busy:) I'm so glad you like this linky. I do too:) It keeps me very busy:) I'm with you....I hate what the silly tests do to the kids:/ So sad...that's why I try to make it as fun as possible while we are preparing:)

Hi Bethany! I am totally with you on foldables! I love them and my kiddos do too! We have done lots of them this year, but none since we've been back from break... we're gunna have to change that! And you got a lot done over break! Of course since I had all the time in the world I was super unmotivated to get things done! ha! Now that we are back in the swing of things and my schedule is loaded I have all these ideas and things I want to make but not enough time! I guess that's how it always is though! So glad to see another cute 4th grade blog!
